Cash Management Assistant: We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Assistant to join our team at 191 COFFEE. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing cash flows, tracking daily sales and bank transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely recording and reconciliation.

Your primary responsibility will be to update daily sales and online sales in Excel worksheets along with payment status. You will also need to liaise with Delivery Sales platform in case of any discrepancies. Ensuring all receipts are accurately recorded and reconciled with daily sales is crucial in this role.

You will be responsible for filing Daily Sales records at the end of each month and checking bank statement amounts to ensure they tally with delivery payments. In addition, you will post vendor invoices, reconcile with vendor statements of account (SOA), and process vendor payments.

You will also manage petty cash and file documents. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. You will be working closely with various stakeholders, including vendors and colleagues.
