Job Description

As a seasoned professional in procurement and SAP management, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and support of SAP Materials Management (MM) modules. This encompasses Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, and Logistics processes, as well as the Ariba Source-to-Pay platform and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the development and adoption of the Ariba platform within the organization.
  • Monitoring the Ariba product roadmap and communicating upcoming features and changes to stakeholders.
  • Identifying, planning, and managing the implementation of relevant new Ariba releases.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to identify process optimization opportunities and leading the implementation of related solutions.
  • Working closely with IT to ensure seamless integration between Ariba and other enterprise systems.
SAP MM Functional Responsibilities

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of enhancements in SAP Materials Management (MM) modules. This focuses on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, and Logistics processes, both in-house development and project management awarded to vendors.

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP MM solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Configuring purchasing and inventory processes as required for in-house enhancements.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end process alignment.
  • Supporting testing cycles, including the creation of test scenarios, execution of unit tests, and coordination of User Acceptance Test (UAT) with business users.
  • Providing level 2 or 3 support and resolving MM-related incidents, service requests, and enhancements according to defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) working with vendor teams.
  • Supporting vendor teams for service requests when required.
Ariba CIG Integration Responsibilities

You will collaborate with internal IT and Ariba teams to implement and support the Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) for seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and Ariba. This includes buying and invoicing, sourcing, and other relevant processes.
