Home Appliance Service Technician">

As a Home Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing home appliances to ensure they are in optimal working condition. Your duties will include reviewing product performance and quality, communicating with technical directors regarding any downward shifts, and performing testing and inspection on finished goods.

You will provide excellent service, repair, and installation services to our customers while maintaining a professional demeanor. Additionally, you will assist project clients with technical service requests and perform other assigned tasks by the Technical Director and/or management team.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Diagnose and repair home appliances to ensure optimal performance.
  • Review product performance and quality, communicating with technical directors as necessary.
  • Perform testing and inspection on finished goods.
  • Provide excellent service, repair, and installation services to customers.
  • Assist project clients with technical service requests.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Technical Director and/or management team.
">Requirements:">
  • Valid class 3 driver's license is advantageous (commercial vehicle).
  • Min. Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Experience in electrical/refrigeration trouble shooting is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
