Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Claims Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that claim enquiries and requests are responded to in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims handling, with experience in complaint resolution and risk management. They will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate complex information clearly to customers and stakeholders.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as insurance or business administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance claims handling, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
