Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at MyCareersFuture as a Conveyancing Secretary/Administrative Assistant/Support Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of conveyancing documents and files.
  • Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in conveyancing work is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
  • Well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
