Hotel Ambassadors: We are seeking experienced and charismatic individuals to join our team as Hotel Ambassadors.

  • As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests in the hotel lobby and lounge areas.

  • You will work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure seamless communication with other departments, such as Concierge, Reception, and Front Office Cashier.

  • You will maintain accurate knowledge of guest arrivals, events, amenities, outlets, and general information, providing prompt responses to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Your role will involve efficiently handling baggage and transport, as well as responding to general inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Additionally, you will take on additional tasks assigned by superiors with diligence and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • We require applicants to have a minimum completion of PSLE or its equivalent.

  • Applicants must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Candidates should possess a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and good communication skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Front Office operations and Microsoft Office software is essential.

  • Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.

  • Hospitality Management experience and proficiency in Opera software are desirable.

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Cashiering, and Hospitality roles is also an advantage.
