Key Responsibilities
  • Affiliate Program Operations & Optimisation:
    • Manage the end-to-end affiliate program, including commission calculations, partner onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and payment processing.
    • Implement measures to detect and prevent affiliate fraud, ensuring program integrity and mitigating associated risks.
    • Generate reports and conduct analysis of affiliate performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
    • Manage relationships with external partners, including affiliate networks, platforms, and tech providers.
  • Affiliate Program Strategy & Growth:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive global affiliate marketing strategies to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives.
    • Identify and recruit high-value affiliate partners across various verticals, including content creators, review sites, and media publications.
    • Lead negotiations and optimise affiliate partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and performance-based incentives.
    • Maintain dominance for key search terms in Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).
    • Explore and implement new affiliate marketing channels and technologies to expand reach and efficiency.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing.
    • Experience in partnerships and affiliate management, with a strong focus on external party collaboration.
    • Experience with end-to-end running of affiliate management platforms.
    • Established relationships with relevant external partners, such as media publishers and content creators.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics.
    • Strong ability to analyse, interpret, and extract trends from data.
    • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects.
