Roles & Responsibilities

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand, seating over three million users worldwide, with key markets in the United States, Europe, and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and expand our global affiliate marketing portfolio. In this role, you will play a key role in driving organic growth, enhancing brand presence, and achieving critical business objectives. Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Operations & Optimisation

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of the affiliate program, including commission calculations, partner onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and payment processing.
  • Implement robust measures for detecting and preventing affiliate fraud to ensure program integrity and mitigate associated risks.
  • Generate detailed reports and conduct in-depth analysis of affiliate performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including affiliate networks, platforms, and tech providers.

Affiliate Program Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global affiliate marketing strategies to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and recruit high-value affiliate partners across various verticals, including content creators, review sites and media publications.
  • Lead negotiations and optimise affiliate partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and performance-based incentives.
  • Actively monitor and maintain Secretlab's dominance for key search terms in Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).
  • Explore and implement new affiliate marketing channels and technologies to expand reach and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing
  • Experience in partnerships and affiliate management, with a strong focus on external party collaboration
  • Experience with end-to-end running of affiliate management platforms
  • Established relationships with relevant external partners such as media publishers and content creators
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects
