We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our corporate secretarial and compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Lead Development: Develop and pursue new business leads in areas such as company incorporation, corporate secretarial, and compliance services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and referral networks through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Service Promotion: Promote our service offerings through networking, industry events, digital channels, and partnerships.
- Proposal Development: Prepare professional proposals, service agreements, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution.
- Data Analysis: Manage CRM records and support reporting on market insights, client trends, and engagement activities.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of ACRA regulations and corporate compliance requirements.
- Crm Proficiency: CRM software proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Communication Skills: Persuasive communication and presentation skills.
- Productivity Tools: Microsoft Word/PowerPoint or proposal design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
- Project Management: Workflow or task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Data Interpretation: Analytical thinking and data interpretation.
