Live Event Manager Job Summary

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Live Event Manager to oversee the daily operations of our live events. This is a challenging role requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Schedule and arrange performances, attend rehearsals, and work with performers to fine-tune their acts.
  • Manage weekly routines, assist in performer selection, and oversee the administration of artists.
  • Collaborate with management to handle staff and event-related issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with East Asian colleagues and performers.
  • 3-4 years' experience as a Performing Arts Manager or related field.
  • Able to communicate effectively with performers.
  • Experience as a performer is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin Pop, Jpop, or Kpop is advantageous.
  • Strong stage presence and experience are essential.
