Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a key role for any company looking to deliver high-quality products and services to its customers. The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the product development process meet customer requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems and tools, with experience in leading process improvements and resolving customer complaints. They will also be responsible for managing client feedback, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Planning: Developing and deploying quality strategic plans for new products and processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and driving process and yield enhancements to improve overall product quality.
  • Process Control: Performing Ppk/Cpk studies and setting up product controls to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with the engineering team to understand new product developments and drive quality initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, Quality Assurance or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in quality capacity.
  • Skills: Relevant experience on QC core tools, 8D reporting, knowledge of ISO 9001/TS 16949 and QMS auditing experience.
