Legal Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Support Specialist to assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and summaries. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal clients to verify commercial terms for accuracy and completeness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format legal documents, contracts, and summaries under supervision.
- Triage requests to appropriate legal reviewers and manage e-signature and manual execution processes.
- Conduct basic due diligence and fact-checking tasks to support legal matters.
- Maintain regional entity filings and records, and ensure timely updates to the entity management system.
- Assist in the use of contract management systems.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as document filing, e-filing, documents submission, and general coordination.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
