The role of a freelance ICT trainer involves delivering high-quality training sessions to candidates. As an expert in your field, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to the needs of our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Training Candidates: You will design and deliver training programs that meet the requirements of each client.
- Assessment and Evaluation: You will assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME): You will act as a subject matter expert for all curriculum-related tasks, providing guidance and support to trainers.
- Motivation and Performance Evaluation: You will motivate trainers to achieve their best results and evaluate their performance on an ongoing basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 5 Years of Practical Industry Experience: You should have at least 5 years of practical industry experience in data analytics, automation, cybersecurity risk, or ICT.
- Familiarity with Data Analytics and Digital Tools: Familiarity with data analytics, automation, cybersecurity risk, and/or in-demand digital tools is essential.
- Digital Economy and Cybersecurity Knowledge: You should have knowledge about the digital economy and associated cybersecurity risks.
- Courseware Authorship and Adult Training: Experience in courseware authorship and adult training is required.
- Excellent English Language Skills: You should have an excellent command of the English language and writing skills.
- ACTA/ACLP Qualification: ACTA/ACLP qualification is mandatory.
