Digital Skills Coach

As a Digital Ambassador, you will empower seniors by coaching them on basic digital skills through personalized and group training sessions. You will utilize platforms like Zoom, Singpass, Whatsapp, Paynow, and Paylah to enhance their knowledge.
Additionally, you will engage with stallholders in hawker centers, wet markets, and coffee shops to sign up for e-payment at their stalls. This involves promoting the benefits of digital payment and addressing any concerns or misconceptions they may have.
The role also entails prompt follow-up and administrative tasks. You may be assigned other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for empowering seniors and hawkers with digital skills is welcome.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Flexibility to work any 5 days of the week, within an 8.5 hour period between 8am and 10pm.
- Ability to withstand standing and walking for prolonged periods.
- Those with experience or passion in social services, community engagement, and customer service are welcome to apply.
