Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for coordinating talent acquisition activities, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify top talent and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Schedule interviews and maintain detailed recruitment documentation and reports
  • Coordinate work pass applications and issuance processes for foreign employees
  • Extend job offers and coordinate onboarding arrangements
  • Maintain employee records and update personnel files
  • Support general HR activities, including payroll preparation and processing
  • Manage the clearance process for departing staff
  • Compile and verify employee attendance and timekeeping records

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in HR related positions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
