Job Title: Strategic Solutions Lead

At the forefront of our IT managed services, we seek a skilled professional to lead our solutions efforts. As a strategic solutions lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling proposals to clients, collaborating with our sales team to identify opportunities, and creating presales presentations that articulate the value proposition of our managed services.

We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication and presentation skills, a deep understanding of the managed services market, and the ability to develop customized solutions. You will work closely with our technical staff to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, develop pricing and contract terms, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise to develop and deliver customized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Create engaging presales presentations that showcase the value of our managed services.
  • Work with our technical staff to develop and implement solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging best practices to inform your solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a presales role within the IT managed services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering customized solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
