Job Description

The Relief Teaching Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Elementary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting teachers in delivering the education program within the classroom and ensuring students are safe, happy, and learning in a positive environment.



About the Role:

Supporting Teachers in Classrooms and Beyond


The Relief Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers to provide additional support to students, enabling them to reach their full potential. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering the education program within the classroom
  • Support activities outside the classroom to ensure students' safety and well-being
  • Develop strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members


Requirements:
  • Highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
  • Good references available on request
  • Proficient in using computers


Qualifications :
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children or relevant educational certificate/diploma required
