Job Title: Production Operator

Production operators play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assemble, test, inspect, and troubleshoot refrigeration units to meet quality standards.
    • Maintain tools, design jigs/fixtures, and support process improvements to optimize production efficiency.
    • Train new staff through a buddy system, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate records.
    • Perform basic troubleshooting and rework on tested/assembled units to minimize defects.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be willing to work in a non-air-conditioned and slightly dusty environment.
  • No prior experience is required; applicants with a minimum O/N level qualification, Nitec, higher Nitec, or Diploma are eligible.
  • Able to work overtime if needed, up to 5.15pm-8pm.
  • Location: Western Singapore.
