We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Director to lead our tax team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will oversee tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing documentation across multiple jurisdictions in Asia.
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance with a focus on Singapore tax filings.
- Prepare and review tax provisions, deferred taxes, and disclosures.
- Ensure compliance with fund tax incentive schemes and cross-border reporting requirements.
- Provide tax support for corporate entities and investment vehicles across diverse businesses.
The successful candidate should possess at least 8 years of tax experience in the region, preferably gained within a Big 4 accounting/tax firm or the asset management industry. A strong understanding of Singapore tax legislation and fund tax incentive schemes is required. Additionally, excellent project management skills and the ability to handle complex assignments efficiently are essential.
