Financial Leadership Opportunity

  • Drive long-term financial strategies and yearly objectives for the organization.
  • Develop and oversee entire financial functions, including accounting systems.
  • Regulate accounting systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate annual audit process and manage annual budgeting.
  • Provide tax compliance expertise and lead IPO projects.
  • Collaborate with regulators and key financial partners in various regions.
  • Maintain a spirit of trust and encourage team building in the work culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of accounting management is essential.
  • Overseas experience in various regions.
  • Prior experience working as an Audit Senior or above in Big four audit firms.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive well in a complex and fast-paced environment.
