Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced facilities professional to oversee day-to-day operations across industrial, commercial, and residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functionality and prompt issue resolution.

  • Property Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth property management and resolving issues promptly.
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Schedule and monitor maintenance activities, minimizing operational downtime.
  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Conduct inspections, uphold building regulations, and ensure compliance with safety codes.
  • Tenant Coordination: Handle tenant relations, addressing feedback and complaints, and managing handover/takeover processes.
  • Contractor & Vendor Supervision: Liaise with service providers, monitoring job scopes and ensuring services meet contractual standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Building or Estate Management with at least 3 years of experience in building maintenance and facility operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and hands-on M&E work, including interpreting electrical diagrams.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Well-versed in BMSMA and related statutory requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Experienced in managing fit-out, reinstatement, and A&A works within scope and budget.
