We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing non-emergency ambulance bookings, planning and allocating cases to our ambulance team, routing and managing crew roster & equipment, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing email and call-taking functions, including enquiries, bookings, and feedback
  • Ensuring accuracy of booking records
  • Planning resource deployment according to project requirement
  • Ensuring operationality of crew and equipment
  • Assigning daily crew pairing and monitoring crew movements
  • Verifying crew attendance and allowances
  • Route planning for optimized vehicle efficiency
  • Collecting daily cash and ensuring accuracy of cash records
  • Performing any other office duties assigned by supervisor/manager

Requirements include:

  • A minimum Diploma qualification
  • Clear language capability stated in resume/CV
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with multilingualism being an added advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • MS Excel and WhatsApp knowledge
  • Able to commit to weekend and overtime duties when needed
  • Relevant experience in coordinating ambulance fleets (bonus)
