Job Title: Night Shift Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Night Shift Worker. This role involves working with youths in an institutional facility, focusing on community rehabilitation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the welfare, discipline, and standards of regimentation in the institution.
  • Support the shift during emergencies.
  • Deliver trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
  • Ensure safety and security of premises, including performing body & property checks, conducting security and night patrols, dormitory checks, and urine tests when necessary.
  • Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of residents in the hostel.
  • Develop positive relationships with residents.
  • Participate in taskforce activities to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level qualification.
  • Able to work rotating shifts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc).
