Night Shift Care Officer
Job Description:Our Night Shift Care Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting handover sessions, updating home guardians on important matters, and performing hourly round checks during the night shift.
The Night Shift Care Officer will also be responsible for monitoring and managing residents during tuition and study period sessions, checking and organizing their daily homework, and ensuring they have brushed their teeth and washed up before bed.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Night Shift Care Officer will need to administer medication to residents when necessary, accompany them to the clinic or hospital, and conduct spot checks to ensure their safety and security.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents.
