Senior/Engineer (IT Security), Facilities Management
Job DescriptionTo effectively manage and maintain the overall health of building systems servers located in server rooms and ensure compliance to medical device and operational technology security policy.
The candidate is responsible for maintaining the solution, handling new requests on infrastructure, responding to changes and managing incident tickets.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Handle day-to-day IT tasks related to building system solutions deployed.
- Maintain the solution to ensure it meets maintenance agreements and respond to any production incidents, security incidents or change requests.
- Have a good understanding of how IT infrastructure works, to ensure the solution delivered follows best infra practice.
Other duties assigned by the HOD.
Job RequirementEducation / Training / Experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1-4 years of relevant working experience, in the area of data center IT infrastructure or system design experience for Engineer position.
• At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience, in the area of data center IT infrastructure or system design experience for Senior Engineer position.
Reporting to Senior Manager, FM. Good understanding of various infra tools, such as monitoring tool, automation tool, patching tool, file transfer protocol and more.
