Key Responsibilities

· Assist the Restaurant Manager in their duties and take charge in their absence.

· Collaborate with the team in accordance with ROCC guidelines.

· Maintain effective communication with the Restaurant Manager.

· Lead the team to deliver exceptional service and enhance the dining experience for guests across both outlets.

· Support secondary responsibilities including scheduling, AAS, and inventory management.

· Guide and mentor a team of staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

· Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of new team members.

· Demonstrate proactive management with a proven track record in effective communication.

· Exhibit strong leadership, decision-making, coaching, delegation, and motivational skills.

Job Qualifications

· Minimum Secondary 5 or Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, or Certificate in F&B Operations.

· At least 3 years of experience in a food and beverage environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
