Business Transformation Expert

Drive business growth and transformation by leading end-to-end project management for the AML filtering system implementation across multiple APAC offices.

  • Collaborate with regional IT, compliance, operations teams, and external vendors to deliver comprehensive services.
  • Develop and manage project documentation, including As-Is/To-Be analysis, migration plans, and test strategies.
  • Create and maintain project WBS, timelines, and resource plans to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Track project progress, manage issues and risks, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Provide direction and coordination between internal and external parties to achieve project goals.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience from established consulting firms.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting standards, and documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in banking IT and vendor management is highly desirable.
