Project Management Specialist

The role of a Project Management Specialist is to lead large-scale transformation projects, driving change from manual processes to automated solutions. This includes analysing data, performing root cause analysis and developing clear business and functional requirements.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with the ability to start immediately or within short notice.

About this Role:

  • Manage multiple clients and workstreams, ensuring effective change management and adoption.
  • Prepare communications, training materials and operational readiness deliverables to support transitions.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT testing, ensuring quality outcomes and smooth implementation.
  • Track and manage projects to required standards, ensuring timely delivery and sign-off of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver large-scale transformation projects, driving change from manual processes to automated solutions.
  • Analyse data, perform root cause analysis and develop clear business and functional requirements.
  • Proactively communicate status, risks and resolutions to sponsors and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
