Assessments Implementation Specialist

The Assessments Administration Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of assessments. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating assessment preparation, invigilation, and student communication. They will work closely with the Academic Capability and Conduct Team to track and report students' submissions, and maintain accurate records of assessment processes.
- Assessment Preparation and Coordination
They will prepare unit outlines, verify assessment details, and review marking fee schedules to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Invigilation and Integrity Management
Our candidate will oversee invigilator management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and payroll processing. They will also ensure code of conduct for exams and tests are communicated to invigilators and students.
- Student Communication and Support
They will acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of assessments and examinations, and manage students' queries related to assessments, results, and appeals against results and academic statuses.
- Reporting and Record Keeping
Our candidate will track and report students' submissions to the Academic Capability and Conduct Team for monitoring and intervention purposes. They will also maintain accurate and comprehensive records of assessment processes, including extensions, deferred assessments, and appeals.
