About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assessment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating assessment strategies, developing and maintaining high-quality assessment content, and supporting the implementation of assessment-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the operation of certification assessment strategies as directed by senior management.
  • Support the development and maintenance of high-quality assessment content, including managing the item writing and review process with external vendors and subject matter experts.
  • Assist in managing the assessment lifecycle from pilot testing to final deployment, ensuring alignment with quality standards and strategic goals.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and consultants in the delivery of assessment-related projects.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution and accountability.
  • Ensure effective documentation and reporting on project progress and post-project reviews.
  • Extract and clean assessment-related data to support validation studies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track question performance, candidate results, and trends across certification levels.
  • Work with senior management to recommend and implement data-informed improvements to question quality and assessment design.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience with assessments (e.g., psychometric assessments, educational assessments).
  • Familiarity with design, development, and delivery of assessment questions, tools, and tests.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel to support basic data cleaning (e.g., VLOOKUP, CONCANTATE, COUNTIFS).
  • Comfortable with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, Jamovi); knowledge of programming languages (R or Python) to clean and analyze data is a plus.
  • Prior experience in project management will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of statistical modeling.
  • Equivalent qualifications in Human Resource (HR), Psychology, or Business. Qualifications in Organizational Psychology is a plus.
