Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Educational Coordinator to join our organization. As an Educational Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing educational programs for students.

  • Supervise students and ensure that all daily homework assigned by the school is completed before the child returns home.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and discipline in the classroom.
  • Prepare and create teaching aids, materials, charts, and worksheets.
  • Decorate wall displays that depict the relevant theme, subject, or event.
  • Update and maintain the reward system.
  • Guide and keep students constructively engaged in activities that are developmentally and educationally appropriate through positive management strategies.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a candidate who can provide care and support for children, including fetching them from nearby schools and providing medication, meals, and other needs.

  • Communicate and work closely with parents or the Centre Manager for the development of the child.
  • Conduct home visitation, do reports, and submit to the Centre Manager.

Programme Facilitation:

">

We are seeking a candidate who can work collaboratively with the Centre Manager to improve teaching resources and assist in planning school holiday programs and special events.

  • Assist in planning school holiday programs and special programs such as Children's Day, National Day, Teacher's Day, Christmas Day, etc.
">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you should have at least a GCE 'O' level qualification and one year of working experience in a student care centre environment.

  • At least a GCE 'O' level qualification.
  • 1-year working experience with student care centre environment.
  • Possess good organizational and engagement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels.
  • Competent in classroom management.

Working Hours:

">

Full-Time: 10am to 7pm (Mon - Fri), 40hrs per week, 5-day work week.
