Administrative Assistant - Bereavement Support

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Harmony Funeral Care Private Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in serving bereaved families during their time of need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and management
  • Editing and printing of notices and photos
  • Administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and sorting/compiling of documents
  • Replying to family texts and inquiries
  • Preparing invoices and chasing payments
Requirements:
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Prior experience as an office administrator or relevant role is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Canva is an added advantage
