High-Level Support Specialist

Established IT company seeks a highly skilled support specialist to collaborate with the COO in developing and implementing departmental strategies, goals, and objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with exceptional communication, initiative, organizational, and upward management skills.
The successful candidate will provide accurate and timely translation services during business meetings and other key interactions, ensuring effective communication between teams and external partners. Key responsibilities include liaising with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) and external partners to optimize resource allocation and streamline processes, managing the COO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and handling administrative tasks as assigned by the COO.
To succeed in this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or higher, at least 2 years of relevant assistant experience, and excellent oral communication skills. Experience in the internet industry is preferred but not required.

Benefits:
- $4,250 - $5,250 per month

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take their career to the next level. The salary range is $51,000 - $63,000 per annum, making it a competitive offer in the market.
