Product Design Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Product Design Lead to spearhead the design of our DeFi products. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll drive design decisions that shape user experiences and define the future of decentralized finance.

  • Synthesize needs from product, engineering, and marketing into comprehensive design deliverables
  • Design workflows and detailed interactions to realize disruptive new products and features
  • Support the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research
What We Look For In You
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in product design, interaction design, UX design, or related fields, with people management experience
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions
  • A deep understanding of design-critical thinking and user-centered design methodologies
