Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Professional to drive revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective business growth strategies that increase revenue and market share.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, developers, architects, and other industry professionals to drive sales and business development.
  • To identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including securing new projects and managing existing distribution channels.
  • To promote and create product awareness through targeted marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering is desirable.
  • Three years' experience in sales roles within the construction material industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
