Team Lead - Bar Operations

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily management of a bar, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with team members to maintain consistency in service quality.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and timing to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure adherence to drinks preparation and presentation guidelines, as well as workplace safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the head bartender to manage costs, monitor quality control, and provide training and guidance to new staff members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree qualification or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Compliance with state regulations regarding minimum age for serving alcohol.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive and engaging personality, accompanied by a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of drink mixing techniques and tools.
