Job Title: Bar Supervisor

A prestigious opportunity has arrived at a luxury boutique hotel group, with four hotels in Singapore. All the hotels are franchised under Marriott International – the world’s largest and most prestigious hotel company.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring guests receive the best possible restaurant service by personally verifying the quality of service provided.
  2. Maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness as per Singapore Government and Marriott Standards.
  3. Monitoring the quality and quantity of food and beverage items served.
  4. Inventory management and reporting regularly.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Communicating effectively with the culinary team.
  • Entertaining guests in a consistent, professional, and positive manner.
