About the Role:

You will be responsible for assisting in the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, with a focus on expanding into new regions such as Malaysia and key agricultural states. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with product launches and business development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans that drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with product launches and business development initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new markets

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and content marketing
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors

Preferred Skills:

While not required, we welcome candidates with experience in the agritech, sustainability, or technology sectors. Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is also a plus. If you have experience managing PR campaigns and media relationships, that's a definite advantage.
