About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of primary school children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement educational programs for classes in line with centre policies, guidelines, and framework.
- Assist students with completing daily homework tasks.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and address individual needs.
- Maintain teaching resources, arrange classroom appearance, and ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Built strong relationships with students and parents.
- Conduct enrichment programs that cater to students' unique needs.
- Serve as an inspiring role model with a positive mindset.
- Apply positive discipline techniques at all times.
- Ensure students' safety and well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in education. You should also be able to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
