Learning Support Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

The Learning Support Associate is responsible for creating a secure environment that fosters the development of young children. This involves building respectful, responsive, and reciprocal relationships with them.

Key responsibilities include engaging in continuous learning and reflective practice, as well as collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a culture of collaboration and collegiality.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will work closely with parents and families, providing opportunities for partnership and mutual growth.

As part of our team, the Learning Support Associate will engage in centre initiatives, supporting collaborative efforts within the community.

This role requires a passionate and inspired individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young children.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least Secondary 2 education or 8 years of formal education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including sound working knowledge of MS Office
  • Passionate about working with children and making a difference in their learning journey
