PSA Marine (PTE) LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Fleet Operations portfolio of teams. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Fleet Management and be responsible for the day-to-day operations and achieving business outcomes safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Fleet Operations portfolio of teams to ensure the availability of harbour tugs, water barges, and launches for operational deployment to meet service levels.
  • Implement plans and processes to ensure the Fleet is ready for current and future business needs, and remains resilient and effective at all times.
  • Work with key stakeholders to implement workforce and organisational development strategies to ensure the Fleet is well-paced to continue thriving and succeeding.
  • Lead and partner internal and external stakeholders to steer and support local and overseas business projects, branding, employee engagement, and workplace safety and health programs and initiatives.
  • Build effective and synergistic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including government agencies, research institutions, and institutes of higher learning.
Requirements:
  • At least five years' experience leading different functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate strong interest and experience with workforce transformation, employee engagement, and organisational development efforts.
  • Strong leadership skills and personal mastery, with the ability to build a compelling shared vision, bridge diverse perspectives, catalyse positive change, and influence success in others.
