**Electrical Systems Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a group of engineers in preparing, checking, and submitting electrical designs.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in power electronics design. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is required, and knowledge of 3D layout/BIM/OBD is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in preparing, checking, and submitting electrical designs.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of electrical systems.
  • Manage technical aspects of projects and provide technical recommendations.
  • Conduct engineering studies and investigations.
  • Represent the company at technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Design electrical systems and ensure they meet applicable standards and codes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in power electronics design.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of 3D layout/BIM/OBD is an advantage.
