We are seeking a skilled Power Electronics Engineer to design and develop innovative power electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop power electronic converters including AC/DC, DC/DC converters for applications such as AI data center server power supply, renewable energy systems, or industrial automation.
  • Perform calculations, simulations, and modeling using tools like LTspice, PSIM, and Mathcad.
  • Select and evaluate power components such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, capacitors, resistors, magnetics, and so on.
  • Develop control algorithms for power converters and implement them on embedded platforms.
  • Conduct thermal and EMI/EMC tests and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineers.
  • Support prototyping, testing, and validation of power electronic systems.
  • Document designs, test procedures, and report the test results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power Electronics.
  • Strong understanding of power electronics theory and applications.
  • Proficiency in circuit design and simulation tools.
  • Experience with embedded systems and digital control of power converters.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, ISO).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Open Compute Project (OCP) standards.
  • Hands-on experience with GaN/SiC devices and advanced magnetics design.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB layout and thermal management.
  • Proficiency with Python scripts.
