Job Title: Learning Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Learning Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training requests and nomination forms for participants
  • Compile and analyze training data, including post-training evaluation
  • Analyze feedback to assess and improve training effectiveness
  • Coordinate with departments on training plans
  • Maintain records of training activities and participant progress
  • Ensure compliance with CPD hours requirements
  • Support reporting requirements
  • Manage system updates and processes between HQ and centers
  • Audit and oversee training programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
