Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lifting Operations Manager to join our team. As a Lifting Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day lifting operations, designing and implementing safe systems of work, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day lifting operations, including preparing and executing lift plans.
  • Design and implement safe systems of work for lifting operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of lifting operations and equipment maintenance.
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss events, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lifting operations management.
  • Possession of IES/SHETC Appointed Person for Lifting Operation certification.
  • Excellent knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
