We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber / Network Security Maintenance Associate Engineer to join our team at NCS. As a key member of our Technology Services Delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality and standard of security solutions are maintained for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on the latest vulnerabilities and emerging threats in the security industry to stay ahead of potential risks.
- Technical Consulting: Provide expert technical consulting and advisory services to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their security needs.
- Post-Installation Support: Offer post-installation troubleshooting and technical support to clients via phone or remote access, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of security systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest news, trends, and best practices in the security industry, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services.
- Education: Hold a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent IT experience.
- Experience: Possess at least 2 years of experience in network/cyber security systems maintenance and/or implementation, with a strong understanding of network architecture, routing, switching, firewalls, and security technologies.
- Skills: Demonstrate expertise in technical vulnerability management, security technologies, security incident response, and security assessment, with certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent network or IT security certifications being a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Exhibit initiative, a strong commitment to results and high-quality standards, and possess strong problem-solving skills, ability to think outside the box, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to travel as required.
