Job Title: DevOps Infrastructure Specialist

This role involves providing technical support services for the organization's application lifecycle management (ALM) system. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining ALM applications and their infrastructure in both production and non-production environments, troubleshooting and resolving incidents raised by users within agreed service level agreements (SLAs), creating custom workflows based on ALM workflows, setting up new user accounts and profiles, collaborating with IT support teams as needed, ensuring integration and connectivity of ALM with other systems, providing training to users on updated ALM features and best practices, supporting the creation of documents and templates, migrating from existing ALM applications to recommended tools, recommending optimal processes to enhance system performance, reviewing and updating user guides on new application features and usage, and reporting weekly status on issues and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support Services: Provide technical support services for ALM system.
  • Application Maintenance: Monitor and maintain ALM applications and its infrastructure.
  • Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve incidents raised by users.
  • Custom Workflows: Create custom workflows based on ALM workflows.
  • User Account Management: Set up new user accounts and profiles.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with IT support teams as needed.
  • Integration and Connectivity: Ensure integration and connectivity of ALM with other systems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to users on updated ALM features and best practices.
  • Document Creation: Support the creation of documents and templates.
  • Migration and Upgrades: Migrate from existing ALM applications to recommended tools.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend optimal processes to enhance system performance.
  • User Guides and Documentation: Review and update user guides on new application features and usage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Scripting Proficiency: Proficiency in scripting languages and DevSecOps tools such as GitLab and Jira.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in maintaining ALM systems or similar applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work independently under tight schedules and effective written and verbal communication skills.
