  • Preparing detailed 2D drawings including space plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Ensuring drawings comply with building codes and fit-out requirements.
  • Creating realistic 3D perspectives/renders to visualize the final retail space.
  • Designing and detailing shopfronts, display units, product shelving, cashier counters, and feature walls.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of retail space planning, fixture design, and material application.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple retail projects under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
