Job Opportunity

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our team to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of working experience in the beauty wellness industry and possess a recognized professional beauty certification. They should be passionate and self-motivated with a well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.

You will be responsible for delivering quality services, building relationships with customers, and following up with them after their treatment. Additionally, you will assist in making cold-calls to customers and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

To succeed in this role, you must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. In return, you can expect an attractive package that includes a basic salary, commission, and incentives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets and deliver quality services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Assist in making cold-calls to customers.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
