About the Role:

  • Oversee daily shop operations, including staff scheduling and workflow management, to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating a customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor product inventory and support stock management, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and ordered.
  • Train, motivate, and support staff to maintain high service standards and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in beauty/wellness.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
